বন্দে গুরূনীশভক্তানীশমীশাবতারকান্‌ ।
তৎপ্রকাশাংশ্চ তচ্ছক্তীঃ কৃষ্ণচৈতন্যসংজ্ঞকম্‌ । ।

vande gurun ishabhaktan isham isha-avatarakan

tat-prakashamsh cha tac-chaktih krishna-chaitanya-samjnakam 

vande sri gurun: With deep reverence I prostrate myself, 

offering obeisance before the Supreme Guru, Gauranga,

the source of all spiritual understanding, 

manifesting in unlimited forms;

I offer homage to the devotees of Ishwara; 

I offer vandana to Isha, the Lord of the gods, Sri Hari,

constantly revealing Himself to devotees

in His non-different aspect, Bhakta-vatsala, 

the merciful guardian of the devotees; 

I offer pranama to the Avatars of the Lord. 

And to Their divine Prakash — 

Their glorious, identical manifestations — 

And to Their inherent Shaktis too, 

the potencies animating everything within creation. 

All these emanations and manifestations of 

the all-pervading Lord of the universe 

are united in the divine form, of

Sri Krishna Chaitanya, the Supreme Being. 

To Him, I perpetually offer complete devotion.
